Forge3 provides custom software development, blockchain integration, and AI solutions. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines of any project will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Forge3 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Client project IP rights are determined by individual contracts.
4. User Obligations
You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the website or services in any way that could damage the website, services, or general business of Forge3.
5. Limitation of Liability
Forge3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except as explicitly outlined in a signed service agreement.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.
